Thought I'd mention this game for those of you looking for something to play while we wait for Mythica to start Beta testing :D
Divine Divinity is a pseudo-3d action rpg with an overhead isometric view (think Diablo). DivDiv is a great combo of Diablo-esque click and kill combat and a ton of sidequests which actually present morale choices and let you choose different ways to solve problems. The graphics are better than DII IMO, and the music is excellent.
There are a few bugs here and yon, but a recent patch seems to have taken care of the worst of these. On the down side, the game doesn't finish as strongly as it starts, but the first 75% of it is extremely wide open and a blast to play.
The best endorsement I can give is that I finished it last night, which I don't do very often, especially considering this one will take you many hours to uncover all of its secrets.
Although there is definitely some replay value, considering different styles of characters you could play, I don't know that I would play through again, personally. Half the joy is finding all the quests and such and seeing the surprises the first time.
