Everybody grab a mead or six and have a blast! Oh...and ol' Jotun is putting away the warhammer of whacking for the duration of the thread so all you new folks come on in and say hi!

After having Jotun grant me virtual brewing and I get a little assistance from Loki of recipies.

/Tries the whole virtual brewing and really hopes there is no such thing as virtual food or drink poisoning. After several batches, finally passes the new brew around. :p

I think so too, I kind of get terrified when i think of what DII.net got to be like in the days before release. Still, the important thing is that we continue to grow a strong core group of board members that can help maintain the coherence of the community once it starts to get bigger. Think of this thread as a thank you for being here and helping to make MHQ the place it is becoming.

Add me as one more to the list. I would like to introduce myself.
I am an ex-AC2 guy, been with them from their beta days. I kept with them until they finally broke my last straw, making the boss monsters at end of quests impossible to defeat even with a fellow of lvl 50 fighters & healers. More and more of their "rebalancing" (= nerfing) even after 7 months past release, just made everyone loose their patience. with <200 people logged in at peak time, it got to needing to take an hour jsut to recruit a team to do any group quest....not fun any more.

I tried SWG Beta, and it just did not get me as being fun.

I look forward to adding my experiences and opinions to this community to help develope an awesome MMORPG game! Let me be an Beta (or maybe an Alpha) tester...please!!!

Greetings all! *Quaffs mead, takes big bites of meat.* I am BigJonno, mighty Norse warrior! (Well, I once shouted out "If we can't beat you then by Thor we'll die trying!" while playing vikings during a wargame in a convention hall in front of 500 people.)

I have played almost every MMORPG under the sun and even bought some of them. I am a hardcore roleplayer and I'm still searching for something to put the RPG back into MMORPG. That, to me, is more important than all the quests and all the dwarves and all the experience points in the whole world. I have high hopes for Mythica. (Hey, if you can't get in to character playing as a 10ft tall Norse immortal, then you're never going to.)

I'm also a student journalist, so beware, your forum antics may end up in print!
