It sounds fantastic. From reading the game information, you start a villian from scratch rather than having your hero turn evil. Certainly makes sense to do it that way, but I kept wondering.

I like that you can fight both Heroes and rival Villians. B-)

What I really like is the "erect and defend secret bases"

sweet. My villain will have his own secret base! I will set up traps so Summer and Mini Massive cant get in!!

no idea on the ETA, probably months. like the idea of consensual PvP but i wonder what PvE missions you get? Maybe we have to mug old ladies!

the old ladies had it coming I tell ya! She smelled like alcohol swabs and brass. Just not fun at all. And I can't wait until this is out.. I'll abandon my heros very quickly if it is even close to being good.. I always wanted to design my own base in a game and play around with it.. One of my biggest dreams in a MMO. :)

lol, click on the paragon times link. See that hero in the pink being slammed into a wall? her arm is cut off, lol, isn't she one of the skill npc's like wonder woman?

or am I just thinking of the main menu where all the heroes are flying towards you?

I am loving CoH so I will be watching for CoV.

I can't help but wonder how missions will work, or at least what they will involve. I mean if they are based on the same concepts as the current hero missions it will seem odd for villains.

I do hope that not only villains, but heroes can also build lairs and such... I need my Fortress of Solitude :P

I just wonder how many people playing CoH now will still be playing it when CoV comes out. It looks like it's going to add depth to a game that desperately needs it, but will it be enough?
