It's not too hidden, my operatives found it when the site went live. In fact, it's easier to read on the character (http://theagency.massivehq.com/intel-briefing/characters/) page here. There are 3 locations with links. I do go back every once in a while and see if there are any more, as I expect the advertising to be a viral campaign.

Is there any word on when the whole signing up for Paragon or U.N.I.T.E will kick in and they'll do something with it? Probably not till beta phase eh?

There's a place on the site that asks you to send an email to them and sign up for Paragon or U.N.I.T.E, for those who haven't seen it. (Hint: mouse around The Agency logo)

That is prob for the open beta or closed yes I have faith in SOE for doing that and not keeping us in the dark
