CDUniverse set it available on Tuesday, March 31, 2009
for Playstation 3 (http://www.cduniverse.com/productinfo.asp?pid=7624989&style=games) and for PC Scheduled to release Monday, March 30, 2009. (http://www.cduniverse.com/help/help.asp?style=games&page=order_processing#av)

Sony Online Entertainment told in the E3 2008 : "The Agency will be ready at the end of 2008."

Do you have any info or opinion about that?

The end of March seems like a time frame of interest here. There must be a reason behind the madness.

IGN.com has a release date of Q1 09 for The Agency.

Im willing to out money in a closed beta or at east new intel before Thanksgiving hopefully they be nice and throw us a bone

I'm thinking summer or later is much more likely. They are just making up dates in my opinion. I'd expect a big push and playable version for Fan Faire, with release some time after that.

Wow, I was going to say, for Q1 of 09? That would be practically impossible development timeline goal.

:(:( That is sooooo LAME.....but it is a huge game and looks very promising and fun to play sooo lets wait and see

I'd have to agree that being in the phase of testing they are now, early to mid summer would be the earliest we could expect it (turtle)
